Dear Customers, thank you for shopping with us. Due to hygiene and safety concerns for young children, all sales made on Gomgomii's website and store are final. We sincerely seek your understanding that safety is our utmost priority in today's context. We do not accept returns or refunds, but accept exchanges in limited circumstances listed below,
- Product received was defective
- A different product from the original order was sent
If you have experienced any of the above, please send an email to exchange@gomgomii.com within 7 days of placing your order, with details and pictures of the item/s received. Items must be in their original condition and packaging to be eligible for exchange. Our team will then follow up with you on the next steps for the exchange.
